Returns and Refunds

Lascense Luxuries upholds a 30-day return and refund policy for ALL products upon order confirmation.

Returns 

We will accept returns only if the item received has been damaged in transit or if you receive the incorrect item. Limited-time only items are not eligible for returns unless these items are received damaged. A refund will then be issued once all returned items are processed in our system. To start the return process, complete the Return Form.

Refunds 

We will issue a refund if you receive the incorrect item and choose not to return it. Transactions made with a credit/debit card will have the refund issued in the form of the original payment. If a gift card was used, then a store credit will be issued.

If the item ordered is damaged or lost while in route to the delivery address, you MUST complete the Return Form with the order number, tracking number, and images attached of any and all damage. Once the Return Form is processed, a replacement item will be shipped out if that option is selected. 

Any items that are on sale or discounted will be refunded at that price. Limited-time only items are eligible for refunds within 15 days of original purchase date.
